About me

Shulin Chen, CEO & Founder

I’m the founder of Post Anonymity — a mastermind group for high-achieving women who are tired of contorting themselves to be successful.

I started my career as a Solutions Architect in Silicon Valley, rose to senior leadership at a Fortune 1000 company, and now operate inside a high-growth startup. Along the way, I’ve built a multi-state real estate portfolio, launched an e-commerce ops business, graduated from culinary school, and appeared in national ad campaigns as a published NYC fashion model.

I’ve led global enterprise initiatives, built multiple six-figure ventures, and won a class action lawsuit after being illegally retaliated against — all before 30.

But the real story is the emotional one.

I know what it’s like to lead without safety. To be visible without self-trust. To be told I was “too much” for most rooms, and believe it.
